Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when your Fix Aura order gets to you.
Processing time
Orders are checked, packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed.
Delivery timeline
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 working days. Metro cities are usually on the faster end of this window; remote or non-metro pin codes may take a day or two longer.
- Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may extend slightly during sale periods or extreme weather.
- You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS the moment your order ships.
Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Any minimum order value or exceptions will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Log in and go to My Orders to see live status for any order, or use the tracking link sent to your registered email and phone number.
Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the 5–7 working day window, or your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours, please reach out and we'll look into it with our courier partner right away.
