Fix Aura is an online clothing and apparel brand offering t-shirts and everyday fashion wear through this website. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fix Aura, and "you" refers to the customer using our site or purchasing our products.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our clothing accurately, including sizing, fabric and colour, through product photos and size charts. Since colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and fabric is a natural material, minor variation between what's shown online and what you receive is normal and not considered a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any style or size without prior notice.

3. Orders & payment

• By placing an order, you confirm the shipping details and sizing you've selected are correct.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking. Payment is required in full at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued in such cases.

4. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Delivered items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and have original tags attached. Full details are available on our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy pages.

5. Shipping

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–7 working days of placement, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

All designs, graphics, prints, logos and content on this website are the property of Fix Aura and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Fix Aura is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, including normal wear and tear, improper washing, or misuse of garments outside their intended purpose.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or operations. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
